Large glass fiber winding line <\/h2>\n

At its D\u00fcren site, KUVAG invested at an early stage in machinery and equipment for manufacturing and processing large GRP tubes with diameters of up to 2300 mm. This investment is now bearing fruit. We supply large-diameter tubes \u201cMade in D\u00fcren\u201d to customers around the world.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n

\u201cNothing is too hard for us\u201d<\/h5>\n

The tubes are wound from impregnated glass fibers in a unique process on our large winding line where we have many winding mandrels and fixtures from 1000 mm to 2300 mm. Shafted versions in lengths of up to 4000 mm are also possible. Further processing at the smallest tolerances is performed on highly precise CNC machines according to customer requirements. Our large tubes can be coated in multiple layers with all possible RAL colors and be provided with the customer\u2019s logo on request.<\/p>\n

Common applications are transformers, high-voltage and high-current measurement systems, voltage dividers, generators, and other test systems. These special tubes are also used in a wide range of industrial applications. From MRIs to mechanical engineering to maritime technology, we make everything possible wherever the highest quality in lightweight construction is required.
