KUVAG GROUP AND DECCAN ENTERPRISES ANNOUNCE Joint Venture IN INDIA

21st December 2022, Hyderabad, India:<\/strong> KUVAG GmbH & Co KG as a part of KUVAG Group and DECCAN Enterprises Private Limited announce the signing of an agreement for the creation of a joint venture company. The company will set up a state-of-the-art factory in Hyderabad, India, for the design, manufacture, and sales of Composite Hollow Core Insulators.<\/p>\n

The 50\/50 Joint Venture Company will draw on combined experience of almost 100 years in design and manufacturing by the JV partners. With the SIMOTEC brand of Composite Hollow Core Insulators made in Germany, KUVAG has set the standards for quality, reliability, and performance in the industry.<\/p>\n

With this integrated world-class factory, the JV will serve the rapidly increasing demand for Composite Hollow Core Insulators in India as well as in international markets starting from mid-2023.<\/p>\n

Mr. Vikas Jalan, Managing Director of DECCAN, says that they are pleased with their association with KUVAG Group, that is well-known globally in this sector. This joint venture will give DECCAN the unique position of being the first and only company in India offering a full range of silicone composite transmission long rod insulators, solid core post insulators, hollow insulators, and railway & metro insulators for the benefit of customers.<\/p>\n
